| 内容記述 | 本研究は、働く母親の社会的環境について精査するとこにより、女性活躍社会の実現に向けた子育て支援の検討に有用な視点を提供することを目的として行われた。具体的に調査１では、働く母親の家庭と仕事における課題を「家族機能」と「ワーク・ファミリー・コンフリクト(WFC)」の認知が「育児不安」、「育児ソーシャル・サポート」、「社会的支援に対する母親の援助要請態度」への影響を検討する。その結果母子家庭・正規就労・経済的困窮度の高さはそれぞれ子育てのストレスを高める要因であることが示された（調査１）。調査2 では、調査１を踏まえて、母親の保育園・幼稚園への期待について比較を行った。母親の就労スタイルによるさまざまな要因への影響がみられたが、特に子育て不安については、保育園に子どもを通わせる母親よりも幼稚園へ子どもを通わせる母親の方が強い不安を抱いていることが示された。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study is to offer a useful perspective to the investigation of the child-rearing support to realize the society where women can actively participate, by closely examining the social environment that surrounds working mothers. Specifically, the study 1 examined how mothers perceive the “family functioning” and “work family conflict (WFC),” which are the challenges of working mothers at home and work, affect “child-rearing anxiety,” “social support for child-rearing” and help-seeking attitudes of mothers for social support.” As a result, it was found that the mother-child family, full-time employment, and severity of economic poverty are the factors to increase the stress of raising children respectively (Study 1). The study 2 compared the mothers’ expectations to nursery school and kindergarten based on the study 1. It showed that mothers’ form of employment affects the various factors. Particularly for the child-rearing anxiety, it showed that the mothers whose children go to kindergarten have the stronger anxiety compared to the mothers whose children go to nursery school. | |||||
