Specifically, the study 1 examined how mothers perceive the “family functioning” and “work family conflict (WFC),” which are the challenges of working mothers at home and work, affect “child-rearing anxiety,” “social support for child-rearing” and help-seeking attitudes of mothers for social support.” As a result, it was found that the mother-child family, full-time employment, and severity of economic poverty are the factors to increase the stress of raising children respectively (Study 1). The study 2 compared the mothers’ expectations to nursery school and kindergarten based on the study 1. It showed that mothers’ form of employment affects the various factors.
