| 内容記述 | 心身の健康問題や問題行動を表している逆境体験が背景にあると推測される子どもへ、トラウマインフォームドケア（TIC）概念による支援を展開するため、健康相談を行う養護教諭を対象に第1 回･第2 回TIC 教育プログラム研修を実施した。本研究は、TIC 教育プログラム研修を評価するために、第1 回事前・事後、第2 回事後に質問紙調査を3 回実施した。第１回事前・事後を比較した結果、養護教諭への知識、理解に関する質問項目21 問中19 問に有意差がみられた。また、講義によって知識を学び、理解を深めるだけでなく、グループワーク・演習による交流が、エンパワメントされる体験となり、TIC を学び続けながら実践する意欲、学校関係者（教員）の理解に向けて養護教諭が発信していく意欲につながっていた。今後も養護教諭を対象とする継続したTIC 教育プログラム研修が求められる。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The aim of this study was to develop support based on the Trauma-Informed Care (TIC) approach for children presumed to have had adverse experiences that manifest as mental and physical health problems and problem behaviors. To that end, the first and second TIC educational program training sessions were conducted for Yogo teachers who offer health counseling. A questionnaire survey was conducted thrice—before and after the first session and after the second session—to test the effectiveness of the training. A comparison of the results of the survey conducted before and after the first session showed significant differences in the participants’ responses for 19 out of the 21 questions regarding knowledge and understanding. In addition, the participants not only gained knowledge and deepened their understanding through lectures but also interacted with other members through group work and exercises. This thus was an empowering experience for them, leading to a willingness to continue learning and practicing TIC and to communicate with school personnel to improve the latter’s understanding. Therefore, continuous TIC educational program training should be conducted for Yogo teachers. | |||||
