Qualitative and descriptive analysis was performed through semi-structured interviews. As a result of the analysis, four categories were extracted that identified the choice of fracture prevention behavior: \"\"motivation for fracture prevention behavior \"\", \"\"fluctuation in the importance of fracture prevention behavior\"\", \"\"difficulties in carrying out fracture prevention behavior\"\", and \"\"distress that occurs while trying to implement fracture prevention behavior\"\". The difficulty of modifying habitual life activities was extracted as a difficulty in carrying out fracture prevention behavior. In addition, as a distress that occurs in trying to implement fracture prevention behavior, the threat that the significance of one's existence being negated by restriction instructions greatly hindered fracture prevention behavior.
