A group interview was conducted with nine Yogo teachers.Data was collected from the interview, and a qualitative descriptive analysis was carried out. The results generated the following common challenges faced by Yogo teachers: (1) The various needs expressed by the students and behaviors that are difficult to support. (2) The psychological burden of supporting students with distress and the difficulties and limits of this support. (3) The difficulty of dealing with excessive organizational practical work and different positions. (4) The difficulty of dealing with complex support due to the influence of individual factors, family environment and social environment. (5) The difficulty of dealing with various parents with different perceptions. (6)The limit of support due to limited time and the worry after graduation.
