| 内容記述 | 研究の目的は、逆境体験が背景にある児童生徒への健康相談を行う養護教諭の対応における困難を把握することである。研究方法は、小学校4 名・中学校2 名・高等学校3 名の現職養護教諭9 名に校種別にグループインタビュー調査を実施し、発言内容をデータ化して質的記述的分析を行った。結果、全校種において養護教諭の対応の困難に共通する概念として〖児童生徒が表す様々なニーズや支援につながりにくい言動〗〖苦悩や困難を抱える支援の心理的負担と対応の限界〗〖実務過多と立場の違いにより連携した組織対応への困難感〗〖個別的な要因、家庭環境、社会環境の影響による困難な支援への苦慮〗〖認識が違う多様な保護者への対応の困難感〗〖限られた時間での支援の限界と卒業後の心配〗が生成された。これらの養護教諭の困難な対応を踏まえ今後の対応に活用できる、トラウマインフォームドケア（Trauma-informed Care）概念の根拠に基づく具体的な研修内容を企画、実施していくことが課題としてあげられる。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The study aimed to understand the difficulties Yogo teachers face in providing health advice to pupils with a background of adversity. A group interview was conducted with nine Yogo teachers.Data was collected from the interview, and a qualitative descriptive analysis was carried out. The results generated the following common challenges faced by Yogo teachers: (1) The various needs expressed by the students and behaviors that are difficult to support. (2) The psychological burden of supporting students with distress and the difficulties and limits of this support. (3) The difficulty of dealing with excessive organizational practical work and different positions. (4) The difficulty of dealing with complex support due to the influence of individual factors, family environment and social environment. (5) The difficulty of dealing with various parents with different perceptions. (6)The limit of support due to limited time and the worry after graduation. Thus, Yogo teachers must receive specific training in trauma-informed care to aid future response. | |||||
