人(53.6% )から回答を得た。小児実習前の両群は知識技術の「不足」、「怖い」など不安を示していた。一方、小児実習後の参加群は、「患児」と「家族」への看護の大切さをイメージし、家族看護の視野を持ち実習に取り組めていた。不安では、小児実習後の両群ともにSTAI の得点が低下していたが、高不安を示す看護学生もいることが分かった。本研究より、実習前のシミュレーション教育は学生の視野を広げて実習に取り組めたことが示唆された。実習後も継続してシミュレーション教育などの教育支援や心理的支援が必要であると考えられる。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10002_heading_23":{"attribute_name":"見出し","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_heading_banner_headline":"看護学科","subitem_heading_language":"ja"},{"subitem_heading_banner_headline":"Department
