| 内容記述 | 新人歯科衛生士の離職・転職の実態を知る目的で，大阪府内の歯科衛生士養成校卒後5 年以内の歯科衛生士を対象としてGoogle フォームを用いたWeb 調査を行った．回答について単純集計，クロス集計,χ2 独立性の検定，フィッシャーの直接確率計算法による検定を行った．60 名から有効回答が得られ，65%が転職を検討しており38.3%が転職をしていた．理由として人間関係，モチベーションが上がらない，仕事量が多い, 給料などの処遇面,残業が多い，技術面の問題，やりがいがない，相談できる先輩や同僚がいないが挙げられた．職場でのギャップや悩みの経験の有無と院内研修制度や院外研修の受講支援の有無は転職の有無と有意に関連していた．職場でのギャップや悩みは転職の検討に繋がり，相談できる先輩や同僚がいない職場の人間関係は転職の実行に繋がることが示唆された．さらに，研修特に院内研修制度はギャップを防止することが示唆された． | |||||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | To know the actual situations of resignation and job changes among newly graduated dental hygienists, a web-based survey using Google Forms was conducted, targeting dental hygienists within five years of graduation from training schools in Osaka Prefecture. The responses were subjected to simple tabulation, cross-tabulation, chi-square independence tests, and Fisher’s exact test. Valid responses were obtained from 60 participants, of whom 65% were considering changing jobs, and 38.3% had already done so. The reasons cited included interpersonal relationships, lack of motivation, heavy workload, treatment aspects such as salary, excessive overtime, technical issues,lack of job satisfaction, and absence of senior colleagues or peers to consult with. The presence of workplace gaps and concerns, as well as the availability of in-house training systems and support for attending external training, were significantly related to job changes. It was suggested that workplace gaps and concerns lead to consideration of job changes, and interpersonal relationships in workplaces without senior colleagues or peers to consult with lead to actual job changes.Furthermore, training, especially in-house training systems, was suggested to prevent gaps. The use of pre-graduation education in reducing job changes among newly graduated dental hygienists was considered. | |||||||||||||||||
