 note = {application/pdf, 若手看護師が離職せず働くためのサポート方法を検討するために、PNS（パートナーシップ・ナーシング・システム）を導入している病院で働く若手看護師が捉えたPNSのメリットとデメリットを明らかにした。PNSのメリットとして、 [互いの距離が近くて心強い]、[自らの看護の成長に繋がる]、[自分の思考力が増す]、[患者に還元できる]、[コミュニケーション力が向上する]、[仕事が効率化する]、[気持ちが引き締まる]の7カテゴリーを抽出した。PNSのデメリットとしては、 [仕事量が増える]、[患者との接触が減る]、[熟考することが少ない]、[責任が曖昧になる]、[ペア以外の看護師とのコミュニケーションが減る]、[主張できない]の6カテゴリーを抽出した。PNSは若手看護師が安心しながら成長していくための有効な体制であり、デメリットについては、若手看護師をサポートする上で強化すべき点が示唆された。, The purpose of this study to clarify advantages and disadvantages of the PNS (partnership nursing system) from the viewpoint of young nurses in hospital to exam of support for low turnover rates.  Advantages of the PNS were 7 categories; [Reassured by closeness of each other's distance ], [Enables the development  of own nursing], [Gained own thought ], [Offered better nursing to patients ], [Improved a communication skill ], [Improved the work efficiency], [Humbled by that thought].  Disadvantages of the PNS were 6 categories; [Increased workload], [Lack of contact with patients], [Decreased the contemplation of own thoughts ], [Felt an ambiguity of responsibility], [Decreased a communication with other pairs],  [Inability to state own personal opinions ]. To young nurses, the PNS is considered an effective nursing system to develop with comfort and ease. The results suggested that young nurses need to be receive a support make use of disadvantages of PNS from the viewpoint of young nurses.},
